3rd Party Integrations
Doowii will directly interface with 3P systems like student information systems, CRMs, or case management tools, to push updates and data to these systems without manual data handoffs. Essentially, Doowii becomes a smart hub that can pull data in, push updates out, or trigger workflows across your entire ecosystem.
Account-Level Notification Controls
Fine-tuned controls for notifications and alerts from Doowii for your organization, including user- or role profile-specific feature restrictions, enabling or disabling alerts for the account, seeing an overview of configured alerts, and restricting alert notification delivery to specific approved domains.
API Frameworks
Access and use Doowii via API. Doowii’s API Frameworks allow organizations to programmatically access data, insights, and platform functionality, enabling integration with other systems, automation of workflows, and custom app development on top of Doowii.
Advanced Charting - Drill Downs
Explore underlying data by simply clicking visuals. Chart drill downs let users click on any part of a visualization to instantly explore the detailed data behind it. Instead of just seeing summary charts, users can dive deeper into the numbers and understand the root causes or breakdowns.
Custom Alerts
Set up custom alerts or time sensitive notifications. The alerts framework lets you set up custom notifications based on specific data triggers or conditions, like alerting when a student’s attendance drops below a certain threshold or if attendance hasn’t been recorded for the day once school is in session.
On Demand Predictive Models
Build one-off predictive models on demand. Quickly spin up one-time predictive models whenever users need forward-looking insights. This feature allows users to quickly build one-off predictive models directly within Doowii; no need to preconfigure a pipeline, involve a data scientist, or rely on external tools. Users can define a target (e.g., “likelihood to drop out”), and generate predictions on demand.
Anomaly Detection
Automatically flag unusual patterns in data. Anomaly detection automatically scans your data to spot unusual patterns or outliers like sudden drops in enrollment or student activity without manual monitoring.
Admin Controls - Application Usage
Central report for application admins to review application usage and feedback.
Pinboard Snapshot
Saved pin results. This feature offers enhanced controls for managing saved pins including version control (tracking changes over time).
Proactive Insights Agent
An always-on, AI-powered analyst that scans your systems and data for high-impact changes, emerging risks, and data quality issues, then alerts the right people. Using anomaly detection and pattern recognition models to spot relevant activity and insights across your data, Doowii brings it's findings to your attention automatically with notifications that include a clear explanation, relevant context, and a generated pinboard just for you to assess the information.

Scheduled Reporting
Automate recurring queries and reports. Set queries or pins to automatically re-run, export then email the results on a schedule; no need to log in or send manually each time.This feature lets users automate the re-running of queries or reports on a set schedule, with the ability to configure and deliver desired results via email.
Predictive Analytics Visualizations
Updated visualizations to support predictive analytics reporting. Advanced charting for predictive analytics enables in depth visualizations that go beyond standard bar and line charts, such as confidence intervals, trend projections, and probability bands.
Pinboard Global Filters
Apply filters across multiple visualizations. Pinboard global filters let users apply a single filter that automatically updates all related visualizations on a pinboard. For example, selecting a specific student group or time period will instantly refresh every chart and table on that pinboard to reflect the filter.
Custom Saved Filters
Allowing filters to easily persist throughout threads. We already allow filtering on table results but these filters do not persist throughout a thread. This feature lets users take any filter applied to a table and instantly create a reusable group or cohort from it. That group can then be saved, tracked, or used across pinboards, chats, and workflows.

Pinboard Narratives
Generate narratives and exportable reports from your saved pins. This feature allows users to automatically generate written summaries (narratives) based on the visualizations in their pinboards, and then export those as shareable reports.
Analysis Mode
1-Click data exploration mode. Analysis Mode is a one-click follow up to your question that automatically explores your data for you, surfacing key trends, breakdowns, and insights without needing you to manually build queries or dashboards.
Onboarding Pinboards
Users onboard to defaulted pins, including predictions, right away. Onboarding Pinboards will be a ready-made collection of key pins, such as charts, reports, and predictive insights that new users see right away when they start using Doowii. This curated starting point helps guide users toward important data and features from day one.
Personalized Context
Personalized context for each user. This feature allows Doowii to address personalized knowledge and insights tailored to each user’s role, preferences, or past behavior within the Knowledge Library. Instead of a one-size-fits-all approach, users can add content and context that’s relevant specifically to them.

Tailor data experience to each role. This feature allows Doowii to customize the data, language, and insights shown to each user based on their role. Everyone sees the most relevant information for their job.

Automatic Pinboard Creation
Creating pinboards with only a few words. Users simply type in their interests or needs in plain language, and Doowii automatically generates a relevant pinboard filled with charts, insights, and data visualizations without any manual setup.
Table Uploads
Account Admins can control organization-specific context that should be known in Doowii. The Knowledge Library lets account admins define and manage organization-specific context that Doowii can reference when answering questions or generating insights. We currently allow free form text or document upload. We are adding the ability to upload tables, for example if you have an excel sheet that is student assignments.
Custom Branding
Customize the look and feel of your team's Doowii account, including logos and colors so the platform feels like a natural extension of their brand.
